ACCOUNTANT LEAD

I. OVERALL DESCRIPTION:

The Accountant Lead is responsible for the integrity of the company’s financial reporting and the overall effectiveness of the accounting system. This role involves organizing the accounting apparatus, ensuring full compliance with State laws, and acting as the primary liaison for financial explanations to regulatory authorities.

II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proven experience as a Senior Financial Manager, Accounting Manager,..
• Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analyst, legal regulation, etc.
• Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns.
• Proficient user of finance software (SAP, Oracle, MS, …), MS Excel skill including google drive.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used.
• A solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.
• Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations.
