I. OVERALL DESCRIPTION:
Design, implement, and manage competitive compensation, incentive, and benefits programs aligned with employee levels and performance outcomes; establish and continuously optimize salary structures and total rewards frameworks to attract, retain, and motivate top talent across business functions and strategic projects, while ensuring market competitiveness, internal equity, and long-term organizational sustainability.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design and develop salary structures and salary ranges based on job families, organizational levels, and market benchmarking data; ensuring competitiveness, internal equity, and alignment with business objectives.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret compensation benchmark data from market surveys and industry reports to provide strategic recommendations on compensation and benefits policies.
- Manage and execute flexible compensation and incentive schemes linked to employee performance, milestones, OKRs, KPIs, and project-based delivery outcomes.
- Develop and maintain KPI bonus matrices, commission structures, allowances, and incentive programs tailored to different employee segments, including Executive Management, Mid-level Management, and Entry-level employees.
- Design, implement, and continuously improve Total Rewards programs, including employee recognition initiatives, retention strategies, long-term incentive plans, ESOPs, and other performance-driven reward mechanisms.
- Build, automate, and optimize compensation calculation models, workforce cost tracking systems, and C&B dashboards using Google Sheets, Excel, or HR technology platforms to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
- Lead the standardization and digitalization of Compensation & Benefits processes across the organization, ensuring consistency, scalability, compliance, and governance.
- Partner with Business Leaders, Finance, and HR stakeholders to support workforce planning, budgeting, compensation reviews, salary adjustments, and organizational growth initiatives.
- Conduct compensation impact analysis and workforce cost modeling to support strategic decision-making, talent retention strategies, and sustainable workforce management.
III. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Payroll and Compensation & Benefits (C&B), with at least 1 year of experience at Senior level or above.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills; capable of understanding and applying HR policies from a strategic HRBP perspective.
- Solid understanding of reward strategy, KPI-based compensation models, salary band structures, job grading frameworks, and organizational design principles.
- Strong knowledge of payroll administration, compensation planning, benefits management, and workforce cost optimization.
- Ability to analyze compensation data, conduct salary benchmarking, and provide insights to support business and talent management decisions.
- Detail-oriented, highly accountable, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
